San Juan Sledders currently groom 8 trails accessed by 9 parking areas spanning 6 Counties for a total of over 300 miles of riding.   Trails offer access to excellent backcountry riding near the communities of Durango, Mancos, Dolores, Rico, Bayfield, Vallecito, and Purgatory ski area. The trails are groomed for multiplue use, and we share them with dog sledders, cross country skiers, fat tire bikers, and sometimes people just taking a short walk from the trailhead.

Club meetings are held on the second Tuesday each month throughout the winter, October through April.  As snow conditions allow, we organize weekly club rides.  Joining a club is a great way to support grooming efforts, help preserve backcountry access, and make a few new friends!
